Anyone with a lathe do this for me please, for requisite number of beer tokens of course.
Basically it's a 37mm long bush to fit over a 22.1mm shaft to replicate the bearing and seal surface of another shaft - for my Sandrail engine conversion (this part of how I am getting round not being able to join the shafts)
So this is the part of the shaft I want to duplicate
These are the dimensions
Right to left:
30mm OD for 16.6mm
Groove 2.1mm x 0.7mm deep
30mm OD for 2mm
27mm OD for 13.6mm
30 deg chamfer x 2.7mm
Looking for a sliding fit over the 22.1mm shaft as I will glue it with Loctite 638
Thanks !
