exactly haha if your wiring won't match the duty cycle what is the point.. mine is a Lorch m-pro 252 i think it's about the biggest required really if you only have 1phase that is.

My 1979 MIG is 250A @ 100%, 330A at 60%. I bet you can't find a "250 amp" machine made today with the same rating.

My TIG/arc is 300A at only 60% duty cycle. It specs a 175A breaker at 220V.

Back to the OP and the pro 90.

It will do fine. I started with a 130EN and got the deal on these beasts. I was able to still sell the 130 for a decent price. So, if you find you need to upgrade later, it is not a total loss of money.

haha good luck finding a power supply that that'll run full power off i think the mains fuse is 100amp ish here...
