ok my sons bike is an on going repair job i should have started a thread on how toos
the first was the bottem bracket removel then the hubs then the hydro breaks failed and needed fixing and then some for an expensive bike it needs a lot doing to it
ok as we do them our selves not mega money but i do have a few new tools and the cost for repaires is rising and suprising out of my pocket not my sons
ok on to the problem my sons bike is a early 2004 ish specialized fsr enduro and the bottem bearings on the rear suppession mountings need replacing any one done any like this first problem is the frame is ali and prob the lightyhoods of snaping it is great if not done right
also im not having a great time in finding a cycle bearing removel kit on the bay as well
and done an ebay search and there are meny options come up any one recomend a quality bearing or a good place to get them from at a fair price dont mind paying up to a £5er ish if its a good one as tolrances im sure will be an major thing in this
i have looked on the web and seen meny vids of sameish removels but these where done on a lot newer bikes (and prob been taken apart before) any one done this type of replacment ?any tips eg dont do it or do i have a good chance of doing it if got the right tools
