Yes on 6011, straight fillet no whipping or moving at all.
Will get size this afternoon, IIRC 1/4".
Friend gave me a full 50lb box years ago, rarely have a use for them

Standard TM-400....they morphed into IIRC TM-500, and then TM-650.
You mean the rounded top 250 amp model with the same crank on front ?
Known as the doghouse.
Driven one many hours.
While I do air arc with it, I'm powerline limited to about 250 amps presently.
Plan to buy some larger wire and pull it thru the underground conduit to the shop...
and then LOOK OUT !

90% are A.C. D.C just look at the selector in the upper right, and these will be single phase.
10% or so are only D.C. Reverse and D.C. positive at the switch, and these are 3 phase.

This is the model I used - late 80's thing.
Chap on video called it a "tombstone" model.

I know, I know, there is one in every barn & garage.....been used by many people
to build America......
Tried a few times to use them.
Low OCV, big jump between amperage settings, etc.
Last time was trying to run 1/8" 7018 (what was available) to weld
1/8" wall 2" sq. box tubing.
Turn it down and she won't light, turn it up one notch and your burning thru.
While I did complete the jobs, it was much harder than it should have been.
