Annoyingly it seems to be an uncommon size. 9/16" bnf is series 1/2 land rover, which part of me would expect this to copy.

Good point no sorry. Daddy duties and mother birthday means not back until dark. The trailer is outside workshop so has to be day light.

As an aside any good suppliers for parts like this? I am have trouble finding a supplier.

Worst comes to the worst I will have to get the lathe I bought last year finally wired up and make some but it would definitely be quicker to just be able to buy some.

But it would be much betterer to have a working lathe !
And to use a part you've made , win win .

Yes. Its really only wiring and vfd I need. The short cut it often the long way round.
