Mystery Lexus bag

Here's an odd one - does anyone have any idea what could be in this Lexus bag? And if it would be worth fishing down from the low roof that somebody threw it up onto a few weeks ago at this point?

There are also a few icons in squares in the bottom left of the bag, not shown in this photo and I can't make out what they are exactly.

I'm thinking this could be a scissor jack or something?

That would depend on length of time bag has been sitting in the gutter.

They are not leak proof, it is possible some of the contents are not in great condition.

From the eBay listing, it looks like it contains a warning triangle and hi-viz vest.

Not very seriously, that makes me ask what non-rice-paper alternative Lexus supplies if you break down when it is raining?

That was my thinking, it has definitely been rained on multiple times while up there...

But looks like everything inside is plastic / should be wrapped in plastic if unused? (except the naff little UK sticker)
