But what is it? Looks like someone mated a surface grinder to a bench grinder and added a milling table/ lathe cross slide. Is it a real thing or a home brew?
Im pretty sure i have seen one just like that in our local saw sharpeners, next time im in there will ask what they use it for.
My guess would be for doing planer blades or other woodwork tooling?
