See what temp they melt at - a temp controlled furnace would be best slowely inch up until it melts.
The good silver rods melt below 650-700c.
Or take to a scrappy, who has an xray gun. Or someone with a SEM..
They look a bit corroded to be silver types, also 450mm is short - brazing rods are normally 600mm lengths.

The flat side and the 450mm length would suggest aluminium to me.
