my three phase welder stopped years ago

Ok lads this welder was my first thermal arc built in the usa I presume.now its got two 10amp 2.5 amp little things I can get the nut off but cant pull it through I think it just stopped working.
Its a thermal arc 300

Its two little round things with green dots in the middle saying 10 amp and 2.5 amp cant seem to remove them tho its on the front pannel

Why not open up the case and attack them from the inside? If the fuse holders are U/S cut the wires and fit some replacement ones, even if you just leave them inside the case.

Well got to me mum and dads and the welder went back to the yard apparently it took dad hrs fluffing about with it but from the information I got he managed to get it turned on numpty never tested it apparently its my job so ill try it out next week I think its just gunna shut off again but we will see ill grab photos to sorry for the inconvenience so far

The 'little round green things' wouldn't be resettable circuit breakers would they? If they trip they pop out; to reset you press them back in. If they're already in, they haven't tripped
