This is my hexaganol take on a multi fuel potbelly stove. Upper body in 8mm and inside jaw grate in 25mm. Loads of cutting and welding but worth it. It took me about 12 hours from start to finish. Started another one with secondary burn at the baffle and an airwash over the glass

hi, yes i worked for "Dowling Stoves" years ago and always knew it had great potential so I invested into it last year buying cnc plasma,new welders and a bit of other metal working machinery. This design is one i made years ago but never took it any further so thought id give it another go and see what the response is which so far has been very positive. Im gonna double skin the next one for a boiler which will have loads more cutting and welding but with good surface area should have a good output. There are more pics on Dowlingstoves.com

Hi like the design and well thought out finnish,if people whant one off design stoves they have to pay the price.
Must get round to doing one for my workshop some time,it would have to run on waste oil,as i have a good supply.

You have to admit that the thought of a farmer, (and a Scotsman to boot, judging from your location), parting with cash willingly is quite an amusing thought.

Quite likely Yorkshire.
We ain't exactly reknowned for parting with cash either, apparently. Seems to be one of those things which hits you when you reach a certain age. You spend years being embarrassed by your dad and others haggling, practically faking a seizure etc. when someone tells them a price, and then one day, you find yourself doing the same. KemppiFrog

prob spending the last of his subs, there all doing this way putting solar panels on there south facing roofs
