I've had a washbag for years, used for travelling, holidays etc., I noticed while on hols this year it still has a plastic comb in there, no idea why as I've been mostly bald for a few years

You can laugh, but i tried to use a set of nail clippers once and ended up needing four stitches.

I find that clippers work fine if the nail is properly stabilized.

Soak your feet in the bath before hand. Makes cutting them very easy

Exactly, I can't believe @bigegg doesn't know to do this.

I always have a shower before doing my toenails, even a shower softens them enough. Also having a shave after a shower is much easier apart from the steamed up mirror

I have used the linisher to do my finger nails in the past, more often by accident but occasionally deliberately.
