Doing my regular twice weekly round at the tip I came across this. I was only after the fire bricks, but the site manager didnt want to separate them from the burner. He said if its still there after a few days then he would separate them for me.
I thought 'oh go on then!' and gave him £10 and took the lot. Its just another piece to add to my long list of unfinished projects.
I have no real knowledge of woodburning stoves, so I guess Iam looking for a bit of advice from you top people. My thoughts are possibly to renovate it and sell it on, or just keep it in the garden as a woodburner/bbq.
The pic below is the nameplate. Made by 'Pither and Forester', anyone know anything about this company or my specific model?

Below is everything it came with. The doors are missing, which I may fabricate myself. Should the doors be glazed and would the doors need a rope seal? Because there are no air vents at the bottom, would I need to cut some vents in the doors below the glass?

Below shows the back flue outlet (currently blanked off with a bolted on plate) and the top hole. Is the top hole a flue outlet too? The lever on the left moves a valve plate switching to one or the other of these outlets.

Pic below shows a tray. Am I correct in assuming it goes below the grate and is the ash collector?

Below is what I can only think is the baffle plate? The only place I can find where it fits is inside but resting by the lugs on top of the fire bricks. Does this seem correct? Is this plate also used for the cooking of food?

Last picture is when its all put together (as best as I can see it goes)

Im sure I will have more questions, but thats all I can think of for the moment. Is there anything missing that anyone can see?
Thanks guys.
