Mustang Charge

Just seen this at up in London. Using the streets outside where I was for a photoshoot. An EV Mustang by Charge Cars. Made in the UK using composite panels officially licensed by Ford. Batteries mounted in the floor etc.

Absolutely silent and soul less but well done.

I have no issue with EV
If you exclude the battery life. Charge time lack of infrastructure and purchase cost.

Ford heritage / repro steel body shell just as if you were restoring your own ICE one. Then carbon fibre body panels.

The finish on was incredible. Better than any paint finish I've ever seen. Like a computer render.

My nephew looked the price up. Can't remember if it was £350K or £375K.

Original 60's Mustang could be got with a 6 cylinder . . .

Mate in US has just had engine in a rather newer one replaced under warranty (10 weeks left) due to head gasket failure - block and head warped.
