No idea of the model I'm afraid. Doubtless someone will be along shortly who knows. These older machines were properly built though, it should give you years of service.
At a guess.. Your 1 to 8 switch is power and the WSP dial is wire speed. Looks to be a well made bit of kit. Have fun. Or.. more to the point, give it a go at different settings for a 'feel'
Again, since your pix are a bit fuzzy.. the other two dials above the WSP one might be for spot/tack timing. I have those on my Kemppi, but never use them.

so does your provide the initial power adjustment to the machine...?
