multi tool....bits come loose?

got a new wolf multitool and used it first time today , cuts well for a few seconds then the bolt comes undo and game over , ive tried increasingly more tightening on the bolt , should i be going stupid with it ?

its this style fixing with an allen bolt in the center

The titan one I used at work was the same.
The M6 Allan bolt was 1 thread to long .
So I fitted a shorter bolt.

Is it one with a locking lever? If so tighten the centre "bolt" up first then use the lever to lock everything up.

My Lidl multi tool has a spring washer and normal washer under the cap head. If yours doesn't have those I would imagine it would come loose quickly.

Swap for one with the quick release...I hated my Bosch one...kept losing the bloomin Allen key!
