MT2 keyless chuck suggestions pls

As per title I'm looking for an MT2 keyless chuck 3-16mm

I'm always conscious of price but don't have time to wait for an Ali express special.

I'd be grateful for suggestions of brands and suppliers also an idea of midrange pricing.

The drill is an old Clarke metalworker, accuracy is optional, the bearings need replacing but it just keeps going.... Probably outlast me, I keep my eyes open for an upgrade but chances are I won't and there'll be another call on the cash.

Are the cheap £30ish eBay/Amazon MT2 toolless chucks any good? Just got a new pillar drill and can't be arsed with a chuck key. Also need recommendations for a budget friendly set of bits up to about 16mm, maybe 20mm, for steel.

Have a look on the www.gandmtools.co.uk site. Currently there is a high quality Albrecht keyless chuck listed. You might consider giving the shop a call and see what they have and if there is a MT2 arbor in stock for it. I have had very good luck acquiring excelent tooling from them.

Albrecht a brilliant chucks, but G&M know what they have and that’s pretty cheap. Unless you can inspect the jaws, and actually test I’d avoid and buy something new.

I had a Cardinal for my lathe it is a fantastic keyless chuck. Boss complained for years about the keyed chuck in the pillar drill at work, so when I saw a used Carinal, dirt cheap on eBay, I went for it. Trouble is unlike lathes, there is nothing on a pillar drill to stop the shaft turning when you tighten the chuck. There was another Cardinal on eBay last week, may still be available if you do want one.

I dont think you can beat HMB, Ive bought one from RDG tools, doesn't slip, doesn't stick, all with negligible run out.
About 40quid

Thanks all for the help & suggestions, went with the £40 version from RDG tools, also a couple of cobalt countersinks. Ordered Sat, turned up today, brilliant!
Everything looks good, one of the countersinks already did its job v nicely.
Can't ask for more.
