Motorised Roller

My son in law has just aquired this roller, Made by a firm called Sisis, do any of you guys know anything about them at all. the maker is still in the same business,I have emailed them asking for any information that they might have. I have removed the motor ready for giving it a good looking at. Oil change, new plug and lead,points, clean fuel tank and carb, It should have years of useful life left in it with a little bit of TLC.

Well I have never seen one before! But it looks like a nice bit of kit. Shame you so far away or you could try to roll my grass flat

I am presuming that the flat plates either side of the axle on both sides will be for bolting on extra weights. Hoping I get a reply from the makers shortly.

If you want more weight do what the farmers do blank the ends and fill with water,
that adds masses of weight



You might want to do some waterproofing on the engine first though !!
how do you start that or fill it with fuel ??

I bet it is fun if someones left the revs up last time it was stopped

Only just clapped eyes on it myself on monday. roller mechanism looks to be in fair order, Soon as my back stops playing up will give the motor a good "DO" not much clearance between roller and fuel cap so filling will be interesting (( I think we will give the filling with water a miss)
