motorcycle folding table ??

I'm considering making my own m/table a bit like the one in the picture below.
not sure what materials I should use.
length of the table will be 2 metres x 400mm wd x 350 height, ramp about 1400mm.
thought of using 25x25mm x 3mm angle iron and 25mm plywood for the top.
another alternative is..
50x25mm x 2mm thick box section main frame.
225x25 3mm box section.
what would you guys suggest? bare in mind I want it to be light as possible and not expensive to mak as I will only use it a couple times a year to service my bikes.

i use 50x25x2 box for a lot and id be happy using it for that application...7.5 meters of it form brundles is about 20 quid plus vat which is partly why i like using it but as long as its sensibly designed it should be plenty strong

Be sure you can hold the bike upright at that height. It doesn't seem much but it's easy to over balance and drop the bike.
Would a second hand pump up hydraulic bench be any good?
