That's great - I think I will stick with that setup as well. Those adapters mean you have a much bigger range of options with motors.
I can make out the nameplate from the picture - it's what I thought- 3/4hp (0.55 kw).
Do you have that on an inverter? If so, do you have to do much with changing the belts onto other pulleys, or is there a large enough range (only likely to be using it for steel and aluminium anyway)?
