Well i need to get a computer in my grandsons bedroom to run various programs but mainly to allow utube to be used on a TV in his bedroom.

So i have 4 mobos i can use to choose from.

The first mobo in the image is currently running in my tower.

My plan is for that box to go upstairs with the second best mobo in it.

I have a new (second hand) tower case to fit the best mobo in and my plan is to fit an SSD into that as the main drive. Leaving the SSD120meg currently in my tower to go upstairs.

I am hoping the Abit has the best specs as it has twin graphic card slots and i can make use of two monitors easily that way.

I have various sticks of memory i can use giving me 8 meg in each machine.
I already HAVE 4 graphics cards i can pick from etc.

Pull up the specs for each board and compare. Unless there spanning architecture changes your not gonna see massive differences between them anyway.
Bios options where what I looked for on a board. Some are better for clocking than others. Not an issue I assume.

Also if any of your GFX cards have dual outputs you can run 2 monitors from the same card.

Running an amd a10 apu. Can dual screen via on board and pcie gpu too. Though Curently running in crossfire with it
Not sure if possible with intel on board though.

I would forget the dual graphics cards, as that is added expense (the card, power supply and consumption) for no benefits TBH, most modern cards support multiple monitors.
I am a bit Asus minded tbh, the last 5 or 6 systems I built (either for myself or others who are not computer savvy) all had a Asus motherboard, and I have no complaints about them.
So as long as the memomry you have fits in either one of the Asus board I would use one of them.

I am more concerned about dual core versus quad core as the 3 processors i have dont mention cores.

you type the number on google naming cpu chip as intel its the same for amd cpus

in your case its intel cpu bs26899693 and hit enter your chip is shown on google and its familys

I have old pc towers that i just stored and when i wanted one for the garage i got one down and it was a celeron 433meg...I must have had a brain storm thinking it would be ok, I got mixed up with gig and meg again lol

On the chip itself is a number, below the pentium/intel blabla , the bottom one I could read Pentium SL9c8, and I searched that name in google.

But chances are that the most modern motherboard also is fitted with the newest processor.
If they all are alike performance wise I would choose the motherboard which can take the most memory you have available for the best performance.

I'd rather have a single core 3.0ghz with 16GB of ram then a single core 3.2 with 4 GB of ram. In that case the 200mhz the processor has extra, is let down by the small amount of ram.
If you have a dual or quad core processor available I would build the setup around that, even if you do not have most memory for that particular motherboard/processor.
Being older technology you could easily find a stick of ram at bargain prices 2nd hand.
