it does look like that and that makes sense, but i cant visulise how it works, and i dont f around with stuff that holds the wheels on, so im gonna call a mobile fitter to sort it tomorrow.View attachment 448170If the bearing looks like this, the clip that holds the inner races together has come out(The split clip on the inside of the bearing). remove the clip and support the weight of the hub on a tube/socket the size of the inner bearing face and push the other bearing inner race inwards and refit the clip. Emery tape the end of the axle tube and lube with a light oil. Push the hub onto the axle by the inner race face it has to slide on easy.
