Mosa not welding

As above, I have been offered a 300 amp diesel mosa welder generator as a spare, it makes power to sockets on the front 110, 240 and 3 phase 415 but no welding is working.
I haven't had a look yet but does any have any ideas or should I just walk away?

@Jim Davey probably knows a bit about them.
I think his experience with MOSA is usually along the lines of 'they're bad news' but see what he says!

We had the Mosa 220 welding setup and it also played up on the welding side........ now dont quote me on this but it was awhile ago and for some reason (rectifier) comes to mind...... It might be the Badger Beer talking But it was not an expensive repair as I recall

We had 3 still got 2 the one we let go had a Lombardi problem costly moto to repair + it sheared off studs when motor was striped sold for dpares, the other 2 have been trouble free, but they are old & when the thing s stop we will let them go as well.
I hav the feeling that is what will happen to me as well.
