Hi, sometime ago i posted this thread:
http://www.mig-welding.co.uk/forum/showthread.php?t=27329
I've now fixed that problem but a new one has cropped up. When i start welding the wire likes to weld itself to the tip and this causes the wire to jam up in the feed motor, twist up and break off.
Now i could deal with this if it happened every once in a while but it happens after about 4-10 seconds of welding and it's a nightmare.
Anyone got any ideas on what it can be, or alternativly is there anyone local to Chippenham (SN15) who would be willing to have a look at it and do a bit of a diagnostic.
Thanks for any replies. Mark
