    @Gavan Hood

    attached are some pictures of the pedal I modded for the Kemppi tig using the 4 pin and 10 pin connectors.

    I chose to add a remote with 2 potentiometers to select the working range of the pedal if you dont want to do this simply remove R3 and R4, then connect R5 between +5V ref and Ground with the output going to pin H, it also has an extra arm/disarm switch so that I can avoid accidentally knocking the pedal and it sparking up.

    You need the added circuit to output 2V to select Tig mode - without this the set will not allow you to select "remote mode".

    I think my starting pedal was an R-Tech pedal - but it really shouldn't matter.

    Any question get back to me in this post.

    Thanks, that's pretty close to the Cunning Plan for my Daihen - I'm starting with a guitar pedal off EvilBay though!

    Fabricate your pedal Dave.
    That’s why we buy welders :thumbup:

    I made my own for my thermal arc by using an old Dunlop cry baby pedal. Die cast base and pedal with a rack and gear on the pot. Had to remove all old electronics and replace with a pot to match the welder
