Yes, you really aren't anywhere near the mark with the size of welders you're after. Presumably your budget is also unlimitied...
All that could be done with a 180 amp oil cooled (100% duty cycle) stick welder! When welding 1/2 metal using a stick welder I often use about 100 amps and a small rod. More power and a bigger rod may be the norm, but you can still do the big stuff by simply running a couple more beads.
If the stuff you make doesn't need to be strong, but is made of thick material for the weight, it probably isn't even necessary to get full penetration to say 1 inch anyway, if say 1/4 inch would give ample strength.
Get a decent MIG that'll do around 180 amps, they do exist. Also get a stick welder that'll do around 200 for the thick stuff and you're set, and it won't cost the earth. You'll have two welders, both of which can do the job (though the stick would be best for the really heavy stuff).
In my opinion, I think you really need to spend some time reading up on welding as you clearly don't have a clue about any of it. We've advised you what equipment you need, but you can't expect to be able to just buy the stuff and start making stuff without learning first.
