So i had this welder for some years now, and as it's a portable solution i'm very happy with it.
Until it started making bad welds randomly.
So i opened it and found the grounding cable loose on the PCB, the insulation was melted and a part of the track on PCB as well
I ended up replacing the screw threading through the PCB, added some tin on the bad track, had to cut part of the black plastic housing to accomodate the ground cable better.
And now, after 3 months and some abuse it's still running perfeclty good.
