Mini gas bottle Regulator push-in connector

Does anyone know the thread size of the push-in connector fitting on the mini gas bottle regulator - mine is leaking from the push-in connector (cheap & nasty by the look of it). The push-in is 4mm but I need the correct thread size where it screws in to the regulator so I can get a replacement.

I presume you mean the bit on the disposable regulator? From memory and a guess would say 1/4 bsp

No it's not a disposable regulator - it's a brass flow regulator that screws on to the top of the disposable mini gas bottle (Co2). There is a push-in fitting that screws into the regulator itself (came complete with the reg.) that has a 4mm push-in connector for the gas supply pipe to the welding torch. The push-in connector is leaking but I will need to replace the fitting complete - I suspect it isn't as big as 1/4" BSP - I thought maybe 1/8" BSP or maybe a metric thread?

Best to measure it could be any number of threads

Just to let you know it was an 1/8" BSP male thread with a 4mm push-in for the gas pipe. Bought a new quality push-in fitting from a local Compressed air fittings company for £1.60 + VAT - haven't had chance to try it out yet but hopefully it wont leak like the original cheapo fitting did. Also, bought a handy little tube cutter for pneumatic pipe to ensure a perfect square cut to the end of the pipe for £3-95 plus VAT.
