Got a few belt sanding machines but they don't lend to blade sharpening due to not being able to get a good lick across and angle on the blade, and enough going on with the bench grinder to add to that
Don't have the need for a proper upright job nor the space to give up as won't use it that often, so I took a punt on one of these grinder adapters.
Modified the vertical platen back to give clearance so could push on the belt with a bit of pressure, added a block so could mount in a vice, got some decent 240 grit belts and it works!
Mini/Hobby only not for knife making but getting a decent edge on blades at last with something I can chuck in a draw.
