Milwaukee M18CSX-0 or M18BSX-0 (difference??)

Ive been eyeing up sawzalls, but i cant really work out whats what between these two - anyone know for sure?

Yes the csx is the brushless fuel model.
The bsx is a brushed motor and A lump cheaper

The CSX looks like it’s Brushless, where as the BSX has a Brushed 4 pole motor.

get the brushless mate they are so much more powerful and use much less juice

well if funds allow if it is just for occasional use the BSX will be just as good

There does not seem a massive difference in cost. The CSX seems about £130 Inc (delivered).

For any of you that have one of these, do you get a decent run time off a 5ah battery?

Just roughly? Are we talking 10 mins of saw time, or 30? I'm thinking they must be pretty power hungry.

id get the brushless then quiter should perform better too

Don’t own one, but had access to one in a previous employment.

Cutting Ali heating pipe, plastic feed tube and the odd bit of steel siding, insulated panels and timber... We got a heck of a lot more than 30 minutes run time on a 3Ah battery.

I've got one (Fuel Brushless) & run it on a 5ah battery seems pretty good on the battery tbf. I would say you could do 30 minutes
