Not beyond the wit of man to measure up then 3D print the case but the work involved... I'd buy a cheap "spares or repair" broken charger and use the case.
Took me a while but I think he wants to make a 12v one? But yeah, with @Kayos, I just have an inverter and it works fine
im assuming changing a 240v charger to a charger that can use 12v cig lighter to charge the batterys ? prob do able but as above is there much point inverters generaly are larger as they have to boost 12v up to the 19v and xyz amps to charge the larger batterys and prob wont fit back in the case with out lots of effert
You might be able to hunt around and find a 12v line after the transformer on that board and tap onto that. Probably easier to just buy a really cheap 12v inverter and gaffa tape it to the bottom though.
I did the inverter thing as I wanted to buy a 12v charger but didn't like the price. I also had an inverter that's donkeys old and has been transplanted into different trucks over the years. Cost me nowt but if your solution works I'd be interested as its a bit neater
Does it smooth the DC? I have no idea what that actually means, just when I built the camper people were banging on about pure sine inverters were the only ones that would not wreck your chargers. My inverter is 20+ years old and was a cheapie from maplin well before you could buy sine ones I think

Probably part of a bundle he didn't want or something? My inverter was less than that probably. Its a 150w one. The right charger would be good but I'm sure you can adapt yours? Cant be much to it once you find the output side of the step down?
