If it's not a Centec then it's something very like a Centec. If it is a Centec they are good solid machines by reputation, although I've never used one. The one in the picture will be quite limited when using the vertical milling attachment, as there's not a lot of room between the quill and the table.
Do you have any more photos? Hard to tell from just the front view. First thing though is that it's a square column with the bed on dovetails, which is a good thing. I'm not convinced that it isn't a centec yet as they had the table rise and fall at the side of the machine and I can't see it on the front view, which suggests its around the side. The lever looks like a rapid traverse, but again is on the wrong side for a centec. An interesting mystery. Either way, looks a good machine, if possibly limited.
Looks a bit like my Ajax. Have a look at the machines on lathes.co.uk,it's a brilliant website full of useful info ( Mechanic porn! ) you should be able to match it up on there
Think i found it after going through the link Rig Pig, and also googling around after i found what looks like the same machine.
Seems to be an Astra! I also have the overhead for it.
I can take some more pictures later.
