Have you tried the Miller website? I found a user manual for my old Dialarc on there, no schematics though.
Might be worth dropping Miller an email and seeing if they can help.

I take it there's schematics in it then? My Dialarc one just has operating instructions and exploded parts diagrams. Good result.
