Mig wire identification

Rooting around my local scrappy this morning i found this large reel of wire..its mild steel but i dont know its application. Anybody ???

Standard rutile flux cored.

These wires comes in vac packs because the powder will draw humidity.

If it is a closed wire it maybe is ok.
Open or folded wire can result massive impurities.

I agree with Jan, there is good chance the flux has absorbed moisture, a recipe for worm tracks, worm holes and other porosity.

That's probably why it is there.
