Fill pressures kind of work "like" a fibonacchi sequence. But each gas has its own kind of sequence. The higher it is, a lot more gas is in there.
Like an few extra bars can double the contents of the bottle.
Fill pressures are relative to the contents,
So a 300bar 10l will only have 50% more gas than a 200bar 10l.
If you think you will get through a decent amount of gas then the time/distance to collect a bottle needs to be taken into account.
When I last worked it out it was cheaper to use a hobbyweld 300bar rent free than boc on rental until I get to the point of using more than 3.2 bottles a year then boc works out cheaper.
I run a few different types of gas.
If you just have one type and have to drive a bit further but collect 2 or 3 bottles at once it might work out different for you.
On the rent free the 300bar work out cheaper for the gas and come with a regulator but have a higher upfront deposit
