Oh, and I can't find a TIG torch for an Inverter from a US supplier, and I'm not willing to pay to have that shipped overseas
Are there instructions of how to do this all successfully?

If you really have attended 12 months of a 24 month course learning about welding , yet don't know these things already, there is no helping you. Either this is a troll, or welding simply is not for you. Ahm oot.
If the welder has "dinse" sockets on the front, it's just a case of connecting the leads. You can use the same work return (or "earth") lead, as that's just a large crocodile clip,
It's self explanatory once faced with the components. If it was in front of you now, it'd be obvious how it all went together.
The tig torch replaces the electrode holder, so you'd use a tungsten, and any other tig torch consumables, like ceramics, collets, etc.
They're available everywhere. Lots here.
All the Best,
CJ

How old are you, how many years welding experience do you have and what welding qualifications do you have?
