MIG user needs help buying a tig please.

I do a lot of fabrication and MIG welding mainly on car bodies at work with a sealey and at home with a loncoln.
I've decided to get a basic portable tig set to use on more precise jobs.
Can I get a little help with options and suggestions.
DC only, 240v 16A supply only available, don't need huge power, have the MIG for that. Like I said basic mild and stainless sheet only with occasional captive nuts etc. HF would be nice but I'm resigned to lift, no scratch.
Do I go cheap new Parweld, r-tech etc (not going cheapnese no back up)
OR
Used quality ?
All suggestions welcome as I'm in grave danger of over thinking this.

Want to stay below 400 quid if i can, I'd like reliable, nothing winds me up quicker than tools making my life awkward lol.

@Richard. should be able to help a little seams to post alot on tig work on here andin sure there are some sellers on here as well

at £400 i would say from looking on the fourm you will be looking for a 2nd hand good unit than a new

You do realise that is chinese with a warranty, right?

Yeah that's what i mean by back up, I'll pay for a level of "ease of someone to holler at" if it goes sideways.
