Hi Everyone,
I,m trying to understand synergic pulse mig welding. I'v seen some excellent reults (Matt 1978) with a lovely bead with very even ripples. I thought synergic acted like spray transfer, ei; lots of small drops leaving a very smooth bead, are the ripples caused by adjusting the machine so that it drips onto the seam and the forward motion of the torch overlaps the drips.
