Mig gun

Does anyone know if its possible to put a new mig gun set with two thin trigger wires on welder that has only 1thin trigger wire

Not really sure I understand what you're trying to do.

What make and model of welder and why do you need to change the torch / lead?

The trigger, of course, has two wires going to it: low-voltage feed -- [switch] -- return.
I can't see how your torch (gun) would not have two wires as it can't use the common return ("earth lead") as that's not inside the torch cable set.

Perhaps simpler question: Does your welder have a euro socket? If it does then you can replace it with any torch / lead set with a euro socket

Yes, it is very easy.
A 'one wire' torch feeds the DC +ve via the welding cable / gas valve to the PCB.
A 'two wire' torch feeds the same voltage directly from the rectifier's +ve (usually at the same point the welding cable is terminated) to the PCB.
Does that make sense?

The 'two wire' torches are more versatile. They allow for polarity swapping for 'gas / gasless' models ,which won't work with a 'single wire' set up.

the sip migmates only had one wire too, seem to remember they used the braided sleave of the torch cable as the return.

Thanks for the help , so I've just been told by someone (not on here) to put 1 trigger wire to the connection on the original welder and the other trigger wire goes to the main power wire would this be correct

Yes, correct.
As I said, the other wire is best located on the rectifier +ve

A re-branded Sealey Mightymig 100 ?
1. The OEM torches on those are not very nice.
2. 'Maypole'. That's totally hat stand.

This is the same but mine is yellow has a very cheap looking trigger/ gun set up
