mig gun position

having some trouble getting the weld to flatten out on vertical 1/4 lap 75/25 gas aprox 19v 240ipm not sure if its my setting or gun angle which i'm holding at about 60-70 degress also does my travel speed have to be pretty fast or what any help

Not really either, I would think. Although there are a number of forum users near your time zone, the majority of users here are located in the UK or Europe and many will have been in bed between your first and second posts, or at least have something else to do late on a Sunday night.

Wait a bit longer and I'm sure someone will come along who knows the answer.

When you posted the first time i just hopped into my bed and for the second post i came out of bed to get ready for work!

Right...do you have any pics? Are you pushing the torch instead of pulling?
No don't go too fast, it will make the weld even bigger if you go too fast!
If that doesn't work try to weave a bit...are you welding at whot wossit 19 Volts and 230 amps?
