I did this a couple of years back, only thing I used was health tracker cheapie thing, just to more accurately get an idea of calories burnt per day, I then just cut crap out and reduced alcohol intake, we eat pretty healthy so just cutting the junk out was enough, I'm extremely active at work so burning calories ain't a problem, move more eat less, sounds easy.....






To have that amount of body fat I would need serious bingo wings and gut which I haven't got. I'm pretty active averaging over 13k steps a day, and about 500ft of ascent/descent daily. I guess I could have some visceral fat, but again, I don't have a big gut so can't be much. I'll be getting my body fat checked at the end of December by the nutritionist. I know the scales can be way off in terms of fat/muscle/bone mass figures so not too worried about that.
