i have a sip 195 MiG welder that i want to use with my Honda 200 amp spitfire arc welder generator can i plug the MiG into the generator & will it rum a tig setup please help

It's reckoned you need a generator with 3 to 5 times the power of the welder.
The sip takes 25 amps flat out at 240 volts, so around 6kw. The generator would need to be around 18 kw if you want to run the mig flat out.
I saw some info showing the honda is 6kw if it's an ac machine or 4kw if it's a dc machine.
I don't think it will work.

Spitfires don't have the best aux power output anyway, they're not generators at the end of the day and running a MIG from a genny without AVR is a PITA at the best of times.
About 60A is about all you'll get with that combination and the die back when you start will drive you mad.
I'm currently on the lookout for an inline MIG unit, which runs off the welding outputs not the Aux outputs. Or should I say i'm on the lookout for one costing less than a grand......
Again for TIG off a spitfire you really need an inline TIG box.

you could always modify the sip to accept the welding output of the genny welder into the rectifier

THat will work fine in spray transfer (>175A.) The welder/generator must have a CV setting for low-current MIG.
