Hi all - newbi here
Bought the above mig welder from a company called LTS awhile ago, before l signed up on here and now it seems they are not all they seem

Upon reading things on here about them l decided to take a closer look at the mig, well l started off by checking out the 32a commando plug (pics attached)
and noticed the neutral wire connected to the L/+ connecting which to me seems wrong but l'm not electrician. I asked a few electrician's and was told it's reverse polarity which maybe because it's a DC welder.Please could someone help with a bit more insight please pretty please. Also I'm only really intending to do car panel type stuff so will it work off a 13a plug on low settings or would it be best to get a sparky to run a 32a supply. thanx
