I'm seriously considering investing in a bead roller so that I can make repair sections and panels to a decent standard at home. As much as I like the thought of making my own machine I realistically don't have time so I need something off the self, that actually works. I thought about modifyng a cheap one like so many other people have, but again it means spending time making it and not using it, plus I've read a few reports of the rolls themselves not being very good so that would be another thing to sort out.
So, I'm looking these machines:

https://www.wnealservices.com/product/wns-manual-bead-roller-on-a-stand-508mm-x-1-2mm-br508b/
And also this one:
https://www.stakesys.co.uk/jd-squared-br-23-bead-roller
Do you think these will be OK straight out of the box? What I don't want to do is spend circa £400 on a machine only to find that it's not much better than a really cheap one.
Thanks for any advice and please feel free to suggest alternatives.
