Metalwork breathing air filter

Hi I enclose a pic of a filter from metalwork trying to find a replacment i believe this is the one that stops oil getting through, I'm trying to find a replacment can buy them for 45 pound, seems very exspensive any ideas please

That looks like a coalesing element and as you have discovered they aren’t the cheapest thing to buy. Some are more expensive than that.

Do you think I could clean it up ?

dont clean it with petrol of turps will make you feel sick when you breath through it

I will use thinners and bleach Mr spark

Looking at the amount of rust on the bolt and the condition of the foam it looks like it needs replacing. As its got wet I would also look at your setup and modify it to eliminate water getting that far into the filters
