Metabo 150/20xt MIG Welder!!!

Hi guys,

I need your review about this welder:

Metabo / Electra Beckum 150/20 xt MIG

any one use this brand, I found it in very good price in my area for about 560 Pound.

the onley think that I am not comfortable with is the torch which is fixed!!

I am planning to use it for body repaire , sheetmetal and roll cages.

my quation is : is it possiple to convert the fixed xonnector for european connector so I can fit a heavy duty tourch!!

Much better out there for the money (new price) but dosent seem too bad second hand, yes its possible to convert to a euro torch, you can buy a kit

I reckon that would be too small for roll cages.
What sort of thickness are the plates?

thickness of the tubes between 2mm to 3mm CDS or Chrome Molly,

the base plates from 3mm to 4mm max,

never saw a welder wtith 15 temp amp steps!!!
