As most of the kids are gone Xmas is realy a bit carp

Only thing we like we have the biggest house so for the last 10 years it's always been at ours

Every one turns up eat drink chat play a few games that's what Xmas about a get together with no worrys about work or xyz

Leaving it a bit late to shoot the bird! Today, I was selling you poor saps your Christmas tat. I mean, fantastic last minute thoughtful gifts. I get Christmas day and Boxing day off though!
Have a fantastic Christmas and a hopefully brilliant 2024. Hope to meet up with some of you next year.

Make the best of it as all the 'saps' will be queuing before you open to bring it all back.

I’m afraid to be in the Bah Humbug group, an old bloke on his own same as every other day. Saw a program advertised on Ch4 last night called Mogs Christmas. Turned out to be about a cat and not Miserable Old Gits so not for me after all. At least it’s forecast dry tomorrow so I can go out on the bike.

Other half is in Leeds General after falling and breaking her knee last Monday evening . . . she got woke up this morning with the news a specialist knee surgeon was available and she was having the op today . . . which she tried to get out of in a sudden attack of nerves. Luckily they haven't listened to her and she's being prepped . .

Means I can go see my mum in her care home and not have to make it into Leeds today.

Christmas tree went up at 6:30pm yesterday- I love Christmas but Mrs B finds it very depressing- so I only have you lot for humour and good cheer, whilst she wants it finished quickly.
