Nice job. Now if you had put him on a spring-loaded arm with a microswitch underneath he could be safety chuckey, the lathe would not start unless he was holding the chuck key.

Good idea, that was ruffed out with a jigsaw, I thought of getting a load cnc cut

In the first pic, behind Chuckey. I have 8 holders sitting on my chip tray and need a better place to put them.

Looks to be a stainless disk with bolts through it which align with the dovetails.

just zoomed in and looks like upstands that the dovetails fit over.

Kind of similar that I did on the wee conect, I just welded pieces of angle to a back strip and the dovetails drop on.
