Hi all. Not been on for a while, but like a good dose of the

Anyhow, dusted of the MIG the other week as may be starting on a new little project this summer (wood burner from gas bottle) and decided to have a look at a problem that I noticed last time I used it.
I heard a hissing from the euro torch connector, like the sound of gas escaping, and I also noticed that despite the flow guage showing a reasonable flow, it seemed as though there was little or no gas getting though. By the end of the job (which wasn't big) I was almost out of gas.
So, just stripped the torch down and found this:
You can just see the crack running round the side. I proved this was the leak by covering the holes where the liner enters and exits and blowing into the gas pipe - the gas is leaking though that crack.
So, my question is a) what is the correct name for this thingy, and b) are they sold seperately?
