changing things around a bit at work
going to have a water chiller running chilling flat plate heat exchangers
3 heat exchangers for now, will be about 15 in total by the end - heat exchangers have 3/4bsp ports on them
I'm thinking easiest way will be with mdpe pipe and fittings, need a flow and return, need to add valves to each one, might as well add manual valves to the returns for maintenance etc.
so I need main supply and return 32mm
30 T's off from that (15supplys, 15returns)
15 electronic valves
15 manual valves
adapters from valves to 3/4bsp (flexi hoses?)
and some sort of pressure valve for the loop, so if all valves are closed the water flows down the supply and back up the return
it all seams a bit... clumsy?
loop in 32mm mdp is fine
but then a paid of Ts, electric and manual valves, adapters to 3/4bsp mixed in, flexis from the valves to the heat exchangers
