A bloke I worked with in the 80's had two tin garages full of very similar aged bikes, must have been close on 30 machines and at least 20 of them roadworthy, probably over £250k worth now if he still has them.

The local bike shop just sold an Ariel sqare four in mint condition. A bit newer than that but still old iron. I like to see them but one would be wasted on me. The Ariel sold for over £17,000

I once had a Norton international with sidecar for free, all I had to do was drag it out of the back garden of a house that was being refurbished. With a drop of fresh petrol it even ran OK. Can you imagine putting a sidecar on a cammy Norton, Wish I still had that one!
